In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, supporting IT service requests, and collaborating with general IT teams to continuously improve IT support services and processes.

Responsibilities of this role include:
- Technical Support & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- IT Service Requests: Implement IT service requests submitted by Amer Sports employees.
- User Guidance & Training: Provide training and guidance on software applications and hardware usage.
- Incident Management: Identify root causes of issues,



document troubleshooting steps, and coordinate ticket resolution.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain technical documentation and ensure Active Directory account compliance.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the EMEA Service Desk and local IT teams in North America.
- System & Security Maintenance: Ensure incidents and service requests are logged and resolved in a timely manner while following IT security policies.
- Proactive Reporting: Identify recurring issues and escalate problems according to the "do not look the other way" principle.

What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience in IT end‑user support.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
- English proficiency (B2+ level) in both spoken and written form.
