As a Sr Continuous Improvement Quality Engineer,



you will play a key role in enhancing manufacturing processes and the Quality Management System at Breg by applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies and leading improvement initiatives across the organization.

What You’ll Do
As a Sr Continuous Improvement Quality Engineer you will:
- Lead and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality using Lean Six Sigma tools.
- Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs and quality metrics to ensure compliance with performance and regulatory standards.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support new product transfers.
- Conduct process and workflow analyses to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure process changes are properly documented, validated, and communicated.
- Act as a Lean Six Sigma practitioner and change agent.
