As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Coordinator of Engineering to streamline our processes.

The Role ?
We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead, coordinate, and execute infrastructure projects, including the installation and commissioning of new industrial equipment and support systems (utilities). Each project is delivered on time, within budget, with the required quality, and in compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations.

They will manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning through closeout, ensuring proper integration of equipment into Birdman’s operations.

Responsibilities




- Ensure effective execution of industrial projects
- Guarantee safe installations in compliance with applicable regulations
- Execute proper commissioning of new equipment
- Optimize resources and reduce departmental costs
- Ensure technical documentation and information control
- Actively collaborate with all departments
- Ensure technical quality in procurement of equipment and services
- Develop standardization and continuous improvement in projects
- Prepare work plans, schedules, budgets, and project scopes
- Execute and supervise installation projects
- Ensure compliance with established timelines, costs, and quality standards
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal staff for proper execution
- Review mechanical, electrical, and process drawings (P&IDs;, layouts, flow diagrams)
- Generate or update technical documentation: calculation reports, layouts, diagrams, manuals, installation and validation protocols
