Leveraging deep expertise in MDM, Microsoft endpoint technologies, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem, you create strategy, direct management, and optimize a diverse endpoint landscape across Windows, Android, iOS, and macOS — while helping define and improve modern device and mobility management practices.You act as a Level 3 (L3) support expert / SME, providing advanced technical guidance and escalation support to Level 2 teams and Field IT colleagues across plants and office locations worldwide, and you drive continuous improvement through automation and innovation using tools such as PowerShell, Azure Automation, and other Azure-based services.
