**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans and test cases for Oracle EBS Forms and Reports.
- Provide expertise in the R&D; Preclinical and Clinical domains to ensure domain-specific testing accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve testing issues promptly.
- Ensure the testing process aligns with industry standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all testing activities.
- Monitor and report on testing progress identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and analyze testing requirements.
- Implement automated testing solutions to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Facilitate regular testing reviews and feedback sessions with project teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and project deadlines.
- Mentor and guide junior testers fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy of the organization.
**Qualifications**
- Possess extensive experience in Oracle EPM Oracle EBS Forms and Oracle EBS Reports.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge in R&D; Preclinical and Clinical domains.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show proficiency in test automation tools and techniques.
- Have a proven track record of leading successful testing projects.
- Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Maintain a detail-oriented and organized approach to testing activities.
