On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis
In this role, you will coach, train, develop and evaluate employees.
You will provide assistance in analyzing and solving complex manufacturing problems, and assist in obtaining resources to effectively perform operations in addition to the following:
- Nearly constant contact with others outside the work group
- Administers divisional and Corporate policies
- Meets cost, schedule and quality requirements
- Maintains Corporate and unit management control systems, budget and other information necessary to monitor performance in addition to maintaining safety and good housekeeping standards
- Complies with the terms of local and national labor agreements
- Assist in the forecasting of areas of responsibility and Establishes a course of action to accomplish completion of the job or project
Work involves a considerable amount of initiative in decision-making accompanied by a high level of independent discernment.
Assists in the overall direction and coordination of manufacturing activities.

**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree: Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer and all Engineering related.
- Required experience in similar position: from 7 to 10 years.
- Available to change shifts (4x3, 5x2, 6x1).

- This position requires to have a driving license due to regular responsibilities and role.
- This position requires the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis.
A company Vehicle will be provided for this role with successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Report review.
