**IT Specialist Support Center Americas**
**General**:
- Ensure that all administration tasks are completed in a timely fashion for systems such as Time Registration, Project management and assigned training.
- A minimum amount of travel may be required.
- Have an analytical and systematic approach in identifying problems and solving issues.
- Communicate effectively in a professional manner with all stakeholders at all times having good interpersonal and customer care skills and being polite and courteous at all times.
- Effectively communicate with the business at all levels.
- Grow in your role to be able to act as proxy for your manager when absent
- Comply with coroporat directives and policies.
- Analyze incidents and create problems management tasks (ITIL).
- Report development tasks related to technical debt on VFT to the VFT development process.
- Support your manager in the development process for TruckMate.
- Document KCS articles in ServiceNow for Service Desk and Confluence for own support.
- Act as proxy for NAM Regional Business Services when requested and approved by your manager.
- Service minded approach towards internal and external customers.
- Support and assist Road business in Americas.
- Understand the Transport industry, terminology and use of information technology in this area.
- Prioritize workloads to ensure stable operations for business.
- Understanding of the software in use.
- Take ownership of your tickets.
- Handover if needed.
- Follow up progress on re-assigned tickets.
- Courtesy service to business.
