OverviewWarehouse Analyst role focused on accuracy of pallet inventory at the Distribution Center. The role reports directly to the Head of the warehouse at the distribution center in Tultitlán.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile incoming and outgoing accessory vouchers/records.
- Monitor and follow up the accessories budget.
- Manage the procurement, replacement, and maintenance of pallets.
- Train personnel on the proper use of accessories.
- Control and manage the national pallet inventory (operate from the Distribution Center; occasional travel may be required, generally once a year, to both distribution centers and manufacturing plants).
- Prepare and manage reports.

Qualifications
- Completed or partially completed Bachelor's degree, or Technical Degree.
- Previous experience preferred; training available.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Macros.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (to be developed/trained): Oracle, SCALE, WMS, OTM,



and PowerPoint.
- Inventory control and management, with experience working with middle management and supervisory levels.
- Availability to occasionally work rotating shifts.
