As a Staff Strategic Program Manager (SPM) at Fictiv, you are a principal‑level individual contributor responsible for leading the company's most strategic manufacturing programs across the Mexico region. You combine deep technical expertise, supply chain knowledge, operational excellence, and executive‑level customer leadership to guide complex programs from New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI)



through production readiness, launch, and high‑volume manufacturing. As the executive owner of your accounts, you build trusted customer relationships while orchestrating cross‑functional execution across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to consistently deliver on quality, cost, schedule, and business objectives.

Internally, you drive strategic execution by leading scope definition, stage‑gate reviews, production readiness assessments, and cross‑functional alignment. You partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Quality, Operations, Fulfillment, and Product teams to ensure new capabilities are launched with clear business value, well‑defined risks, measurable ROI, and executable mitigation plans.
