**Description and Requirements**:
Functions/Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to optimize processes.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies.




- Establishing and implementing standardized procedures across manufacturing sites.
- Lead operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Establish and track KPIs (OEE, cost reduction, productivity, etc.) to measure manufacturing performance.
- Enhancing production workflows, reducing downtime, and improving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to optimize end-to-end operations.
- Driving automation, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and digital transformation in manufacturing.
- Working with engineering, supply chain, and production teams to align strategies.
- Oversee process standardization and best practice sharing across multiple plants or locations.
- Lead change management efforts to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and coaching teams in operational excellence methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
- Train and develop teams on methodologies like Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM.
