**YOUR ROLE**
Direct and organize manufacturing systems in Assembly operations, providing support for continuous improvement.
In your daily job you will:
- Coordinate the introduction of new projects into the operation
- Verify compliance with PPAP dates according to the provided plans
- Implement operational improvement processes
- Support the multidisciplinary team in resolving quality and operational issues
- Train, develop, and evaluate staff
- Monitor performance metrics
- Follow up on action plans in continuous improvement processes
- Enforce company procedures and policies
- Maintain a safe work environment
**YOUR BACKGROUND**
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- +5 years of experience as Assembly Engineering Manager
- Advanced English
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Product interpretation and quoting
- Plan reading
- Personal development leadership
- Product estimating
- Experience in automation and continuous improvement
- PLC robots and vision systems knowledge
