**In this role, you will**:
- Utilize Slack to communicate with hiring project stakeholders and stay aligned with expectations.
- Utilize Confluence to organize, create, and update hiring project documents.
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Gem, to complete interview scheduling tasks.
- Utilize pre-assessment tools like Coderpad.io to complete interview-related requests.
- Identify inefficiencies in processes/workflows and implement improvements.
- Perform other tasks not explicitly mentioned above, but that fall within Talent Acquisition coordination and administration
**We would love to hear from you if**:
- You have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience handling scheduling requests and stakeholder communication, preferably on a recruitment team
- You have native-level English proficiency (written).
TOEFL iBT Writing Section 26+, IELTS Writing Section 7.5+, Cambridge C1 Advanced (CAE) 180+,



TOEFL iBT Total Score 110+, or equivalent score required
- You are proficient in Google Suite and web-based applicant tracking systems, preferably Gem
- You have experience scheduling meetings/interviews that involve multiple people across multiple time zones
- You have experience handling sensitive and confidential information
- You can maintain a high work rate without sacrificing quality and accuracy
- You have exceptional organizational and prioritization skills that allow you to stay on track
- You have experience analyzing data, building spreadsheets with functions and formulae, and creating data visualizations using products like Looker Studio
