- Collaborate with capacity engineers to gather requirements for new and existing reports.
- Work with the SDS group to develop and create required reports.
- Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of all reports, both new and existing.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand and meet reporting needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within reporting processes.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 - 7 years preferred) in a data analytics or reporting role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, OAC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SaaS environments is a plus.
