Ensure quality at every stage of the process, starting from the review material at incoming, to tracking of work-orders/lots that are shipped out, and everything in between.
**What You Will Do**
- Coordinate technicians activities and / or quality auditors if needed to accomplish with product conformity and process as well as quality customer concerns are being addressed.
- With SQA & process engineers, validate, identify and define special characteristics can affect the process, the product or are not in compliance with customer requirements.
- Elaborate and implement procedures for the QMS according to Molex policies and keep them updated.
- Samples and prototype evaluation.
The participate in product release to mass production.
- Definition and identification of new parameters according with customer needs.
- Inspection plans and quality control plans development for inprocess and final Audit and, as appropiate shipping audits for
- the certificate of conformance as required.
- With the cross functional team (manufacturing and engineering), the definition and mantaining of the PFMEA.




- Validate (with manufacturing/process engineers) the non conforming material.
- Evaluate dedicated SPC, UL, CSA, ESD needs for each particular process and product, as well as other related requirements.
- Create, monitor nd mantain internal discrepancias and quality findings such as QRAP.
- Follow up on customer complaints and organize internal meetings with required áreas to develop 8D reports and problema solving activities.
- 8D follow up and other quality reports.
- Coordinate reworks, inspections for customer and internal non conforming material.
- Participate in quality continuous improvement teams.
- Evaluate changes for the process, test or any other proposed change.
- Actively participate in any system, product, internal or external audit and follow up on the findings as required.
- Evaluate and analyze discrepant material (scrap).
- Whenever the evidence shows any potential issue or risk in safety for our personnel, quality of the product or process is being compromissed they have the authority to stop the line sor stop a shipment, evaluate the situation, involve more people or escalate the situation.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Engineering degree or similar.




- 3 years mínimum experience in developing and implementing quality systems thru manufacturing floor support.
- ISO**** / IATF ***** (or any other standard under its manufacturing area of supporting) good understanding.
- SPC (statistical process control) knowledge.
- Control plan, FMEA and quality systems understanding.
- UL and CSA knowledge.
- Ability to effectively use problem solving techniques, 8D's and Six Sigma.
- Initiative and motivation to solve problems quickly.
- Participate in production and quality personel qualification programs.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, optical technology or photonic components.
- Experience leading teams.
- Attention to foreign customers.
- Demonstrable experience in NPI.
