- Track and verify deliveries, ensuring all required paperwork is attached by reviewing truck pictures.
- Proactively contact customers to address undelivered packages and provide updates.
- Communicate with drivers via text or call using tools such as WeChat, Google Voice, and Motive to resolve delivery issues.
- Handle and process claims related to deliveries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Create detailed reports on logistics performance and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records and optimize workflows using Airtable and Excel (advanced level).
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in logistics, dispatch, or a related field.




- **Technical Proficiency**:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- experience with tools like WeChat, Motive, Airtable, and Google Voice.
