Role Description

This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in Santa Catarina, NLE. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound communications with clients and customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms, ensuring accurate information and timely issue resolution. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, processing requests, documenting interactions in internal systems, and escalating complex cases when necessary. The role also involves following established procedures,



maintaining service-level standards, and contributing feedback to improve customer experience and support processes. The representative will collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

- Ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service and maintain strong Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience in Customer Support and enhancing overall Customer Experience.
- Previous work as Customer Service Representatives or in similar customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple inquiries.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and office software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is an advantage.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
