and instructional quality.* Coordinate with trainers to maintain accurate training records and documentation in accordance with ISO requirements.* Participate in Kaizen events and lead, document, and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.* Serve as an internal instructor when required based on the nature of the training program.* Prepare, validate, and analyze training reports that support employee development and departmental performance.* Monitor and evaluate the annual training plan, implementing improvements and updates as necessary to ensure effective employee training and development.* Develop and implement training programs for new products, processes, and production launches.Education, Knowledge, and Experience* Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering or a related field.* Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.* Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a Training Supervisor or similar role.* Experience supervising and managing personnel.* Knowledge of STPS training regulations and requirements, in
