How You'll Make an Impact
- Design, develop, and implement robust manufacturing processes that support safe, efficient, and scalable production.
- Lead equipment installation, validation, and commissioning activities to ensure manufacturing readiness.
- Drive factory startup initiatives, including production trials, pilot builds, and first‑article manufacturing activities.
- Optimize production flow through line balancing, capacity planning, workflow analysis, and workstation design.
- Support quality management systems and lead root‑cause investigations using structured problem‑solving methodologies.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing principles through Kaizen events, visual management, and productivity improvement projects.
