What You Will Do
- Perform regular General Ledger (GL) processes to ensure accurate and timely posting to the ledger, variance analysis, Balance Sheet account analysis & reconciliation.
- Take ownership of key accounting tasks by using critical thinking to ensure accurate reconciliations, month-end close processes,



and partner with the accounting team.
- Analyze the financial statements for discrepancies and provide commentary for forecast vs actual, standard vs vigente & month over month change in account balances.
- Provide ad hoc information, support and analysis to other departments (Tax, Audit, HR, etc.).
- Seek and share knowledge, create value by identifying opportunities for process improvement and standardization; challenge the status quo.
- Work with external auditors and support annual audit process; investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of noncompliance.
- Work across regions and capabilities to understand local regulations to help improve their processes.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
