Operations Lead – Driving Daily Execution & Excellence

Location: Santa Fé, CDMX |Team: Operations |Reports To: Director of Customer Success

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

You’ll own the execution and continuous improvements of operations in Mexico, working closely with the Director of Customer Success to align on goals, escalate blockers, and drive impact.

In a small, fast-moving team, this is a hands-on role where you lead by doing – making sure daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with a high bar for quality.

You’ll take the lead on solving real problems, streamlining processes, and managing high-impact projects. At the end of the day, it’s all about delivering results that move the business forward.

What You’ll Own

- Be accountable for execution of daily operations — no task too small nor too big.
- Coach and support Customer Success Specialists, working alongside them every day.
- Take charge of shipment exception handling, escalations, and incident response.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement hands-on process improvements.
- Own KPIs and use data to troubleshoot and improve daily performance.
- Manage high-impact projects that will propel the company’s growth in Mexico.
- Communicate clearly across our global teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.

You Are

- Certified in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Holder of a degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or other analytical fields.




- Experienced — with 5+ years in hands-on operations roles involving project management, direct execution and team support.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Detail-obsessed, action-oriented, and committed to operational excellence.
- An agile, hands-on leader who leads by example, dives deep, and thrives in high-velocity environments.
- Unburdened by legacy practices, old-school mindsets, and never satisfied with “this is how we’ve always done things”.
