**What will you do**:
- Develop and execute marketing operations strategies that align with company's overall marketing goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams with General team to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the marketing planning, budgeting, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Identify opportunities for improving marketing processes and workflows and implement best practices for marketing operations to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operation teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
**Who are we looking for**:
- A degree in Business Management, Marketing, or an equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in a high-growth technology company or startup environment is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English & Spanish to converse with stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
