Join us as a Market Supply Coordinator in our multifaceted Operations team at AstraZeneca.
This key role acts as the operational point of contact between Operations and Commercial, linking the Marketing Company (MC) and Supply Organisation for Supply and Market Intelligence.
This role offers an outstanding opportunity to work across two SET areas (Operations & Commercial), facilitating access to patients with our exciting portfolio of new products.
The Market Supply Coordinator works in close partnership with the aligned Market Company Account Manager (MCAM) for the relevant markets.
**Accountabilities**
As a Market Supply Coordinator, you will have end-to-end Supply Chain exposure, with responsibilities including SAP/APO/OMP experience (supply and demand planning), Master Data maintenance, Global metrics exposure (e.g. stock availability / forecast accuracy / stock-outs etc), Commercial Marketing Company interaction, Partner Management, Sales & Operational Planning processes (Coordinate planning - IBP), NPI processes, Demand Management, Forecasting, Supply Planning, and Project Management.
**Requirements**:
- Experience and knowledge of Supply Chain planning methodology
- SAP systems knowledge
- Forecasting and demand statistical analysis
- Analytical and reporting skills, and data interpretation
- Effective partner and customer leadership skills
- Confident communication skills, able to negotiate and influence positive outcomes
- Collaborative working skills, especially across cultures
- Experience in employing Lean tools to deliver improvements
- English (Advanced)
**Desirable**
- Commercial / MK experience
- APICs certification
- Project Management experience
