Job Summary

Responsible for defining the Schedule Ship Date (SSD) for all the Customer Orders, providing the best commitment according to the CRD and Planning Parameters, with the main goal to obtain the best customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Execute the Planner to Schedule exceptions confirmed in 2 days and a maximum of 5 days.
- Schedule the ship dates for the Sales Order, evaluating available production slots by taking into account current backlog.
- Line capacity (FA and Feeder Plants).
- Working Calendar constraints.
- Consider additional input to Promised Date: Shipping instructions and INCOTERMS.
- Shipset lines (including Multi-sites).
- Packaging Directions.
- Validate Accessories lines (EBS vs. Cyberplan) before the entire order.




- International Orders, stocking 1 week prior to the promised date.
- Plan, develop and implement improvements for lead time and performance for order scheduling.
- Participate in the inventory reduction plans and follow up on the NPI (MPS) file.
- Coordinate with the different departments to improve the current performance of the department and production.

Minimum Job Qualifications

- 5 years of planning in a manufacturing operation experience.
- 3 years of supervising experience.
