- Lead and contribute to Salesforce development initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Communities) .
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components , and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
- Own and guide Salesforce configuration including Flows, reporting, automation, and data modeling.
- Build and maintain customer-facing interfaces using Aura and modern Salesforce UI patterns.
- Design and consume web services and integrations using SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON.
- Support cross-cloud Salesforce implementations , integrating Salesforce with external cloud and on-premise systems.
- Enforce best-practice coding standards , platform governance, and maintainability in complex CRM environments.
- Participate in architecture discussions, proactively identifying platform limits, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with DevOps and release teams using CI/CD pipelines , managing code conflicts and regression risks.
- Review code, mentor other developers, and contribute to raising overall team quality and maturity.
- Work within Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery ceremonies.





Required Skills & Experience:

- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Lead.
- Strong hands-on expertise with:
- Apex
- Visualforce
- Deep experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud .
- Experience building and integrating SOAP and REST APIs .
- Proficiency with Git-based source control (GitHub, Bitbucket) using Visual Studio Code .
- Experience working in CI/CD environments , managing deployments, merges, and regression.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture , governor limits, and platform scalability.
- Experience working in Agile environments , using tools such as Jira or Asana .
- Strong written communication skills, including technical and process documentation.
