Associate IT Operations Engineer

What You Will Do

- Monitor and manage IT systems to prevent and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Collaborate proactively with team members and stakeholders to address and overcome operational challenges, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain IT protocols and best practices to ensure system security and data integrity.
- Engage in continuous improvement activities to refine processes and support innovation within the team.
- Provide comprehensive support for IT issues, ensuring timely resolutions and clear communication with all parties involved.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT operations or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in system administration, network management, and IT security protocols.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for documentation and coordination purposes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
