Capgemini Engineering is looking for a **Technical Project Leader** with experience in **project managemen**t.
With strong technical background on **CAD/CAE projects** for **automotive** clients.
**YOUR CONTRIBUTION**:
- Coordinate with and report Capagemini management team and the client, including technical, budget, and schedule progress and risks.
- Manage scope, requirements, dependencies, and deliverables—with the customer and with the team.
- Monitor and control quality of deliverables, making sure the team complies with specific quality design guidelines
- Program milestones follow-up and delivery compliance
- Generate written status reports; present these reports either in person or via teleconference.
- Ensure alignment with quality processes based on Internal and client standards, client expectations, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Manage performance KPIs within the team
- Manage design releases for components and assuring correct version control.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics engineering or equivalent.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in** P**roject Management.
**:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in **Product Development projects for** **automotive** clients, preferably with **harness**or related products.
- High expertise in managing technical stakeholders to collect and clarify requirements.
- Proven ability as a project manager with knowledge on **Waterfall methodology.

- Scope management/negotiation skills necessary to adapt to changing customer requirements to maximize the client's return on investment.
- Experience in managing complex product design projects.
- Proven ability to manage an engineering team working on segregated portions of a single product.
- Proven ability to manage staff in a blended team environment, Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Experience with **PLM SW**such as **Teamcenter.

- Strong background in **3D** and **2D design** with **CATIA v5 and 6.**
