- Database user management, space management, patching, administration, and troubleshoots database issues.
- Schedules, performs, and monitors database day-to-day activity, etc.
- Resolves issues in database and processes.
- Refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.




- Contributes to process improvement and enhancement for organization wide projects.
- Projects and activities are low complexity.
- The IT Associate Database Administrator works under general supervision.
- Good communication, an aptitude to learn, and a desire to grow.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (for example; SQL, Excel) and/or programming fundamentals (any language)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Recent graduate of bachelor ́s degree (IT or related)
Fluent in English

Must have participated actively in scholar projects, such as: software developement, design and implementation of databases, creation of data flow diagrams.
Must know concepts of Software Engineering.
Must know how to gather and write requirements in an understandable manner
