Responsible for managing the plant's industrial operations while aligning all functional areas with the company's strategic objectives.
Drives operational excellence, ensures efficiency, and leads cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals.
- Manage the entire industrial organization, ensuring optimal performance across departments such as Production, Quality, Materials, Engineering, and Maintenance.
- Participate in the definition of strategic objectives and operational direction.
- Conduct weekly SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analyses on operations, personnel, equipment, and workflow.
- Oversee daily production schedules, aiming to reduce downtime and maximize productivity.
- Manage, evaluate, and supervise all staff functions, identifying training needs and ensuring all team members are properly equipped and supported.
- Promote a high-performance, team-oriented culture aligned with company values.
- Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).
- Supervise key administrative functions to ensure compliance and operational continuity across departments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide accurate delivery timelines and proactive updates on potential delays.
- Analyze and execute strategies to reduce labor costs while improving production output.
- Provide regular (at least weekly) reports to executive leadership with insights on production metrics, capacity planning, workforce performance, and operational challenges.
- Proactively identify potential setbacks, resolve issues promptly,



and escalate complex problems to the CEO or executive team as needed.
- Serve as a leader in process innovation and operational improvements, driving change across departments.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize systems, tools, and technologies that support operational excellence.
- Document and communicate standard operating procedures and workflows clearly across all organizational levels.
Experiência y requisitos
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Accounting, Production, Warehousing, Fulfillment, and other departments to ensure full operational alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within plant or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of production flows, logistics, quality systems, and industrial maintenance.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams in high-demand environments.
- Proficient in ERP systems, cost control, and operational reporting.
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Green Belt certification preferred.
Experience with continuous improvement tools and methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) highly desirable.
