Overview

Project Manager responsible for end-to-end project execution and delivery across multiple clients, driving project management activities in Azure Cloud Services (ADF, Azure Databricks, PySpark, ADLS Gen2) and ensuring ITIL-aligned incident, problem, application life cycle and operational health management. Requires strong Agile and Jira proficiency, excellent customer service, problem solving, and the ability to prepare internal and client reports.

Responsibilities

- Project Management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization and project structuring
- Responsible for END TO END project execution and delivery across multiple clients
- Understand ITIL processes related to incident management, problem management, application life cycle management, operational health management
- Strong in Agile and Jira Tool
- Strong customer service, problem solving,



organizational and conflict management skills
- Should be able to prepare weekly/monthly reports both internal and client management
- Project Manager will be responsible for driving project management activities in the Azure Cloud Services (ADF, Azure Databricks, PySpark, ADLS Gen2)
- Strong understanding of Azure Services process execution from acquiring data from source system to visualization
- Experience in Data Warehouse and Data Lake and Visualizations
- Should be able to help team members on technical issue
- Should be good learner and open to learn new functionalities
