A successful candidate will have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Following written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- A fundamental understanding of marketplace management
- Familiarity with time tracking software
- Experience working in remote teamsFamiliarity with using task management systems

- Ability to prioritize tasks
Responsibilities
As a Marketplace Specialist, you will be in charge of various tasks associated with selling on large marketplaces. Your responsibilities involve but are not limited to:
- Create listings and catalog management
- Perform ongoing split testing, reporting, and optimization of our partners catalog optimization via flat files
- Update A+, storefronts, and images
- Open cases with Support/get on the phone to resolve listing suppressions or any other major issue
- Maintain customer service of accounts
- Execute promotion

- 1+ years of Marketplace experience
