The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions, ensuring optimal asset lifecycle management and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of ServiceNow HAM & SAM Pro solutionsConfigure and customize modules including: Asset Lifecycle Management (Procure → Deploy → Maintain → Retire)Software Asset Management (Licensing, Compliance, Reconciliation)Implement SAM Pro features such as: Entitlement managementSoftware normalization & reconciliationPublisher packsDevelop and maintain: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Workflows/Flow DesignerIntegrations with third‐party tools (e.G., SCCM, Flexera, Jamf, Intune)Ensure data accuracy across CMDB, Assets, and DiscoveryCollaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution designSupport audit compliance, optimization, and cost‐saving initiativesTroubleshoot and resolve platform issues with performance optimizationProvide guidance to junior developers and review code qualityRequired Skills & Experience6–10+ years of overall IT experience, with 4+ years in ServiceNow developmentStrong hands‐on experience in: HAM (Hardware Asset Management)SAM Pro (Software Asset Management Professional)Expertise in: CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping (good to have)ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)Flow Designer & Integration HubExperience with integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server)Strong understanding of: Software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe,
