**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze and assess the creditworthiness of customers and suppliers, with a focus on market dynamics specific to the plastic manufacturing sector.
- Develop and implement credit risk policies and models tailored to the plastic industry.
- Oversee the credit approval process, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and applicable regulations.
- Monitor the credit portfolio to identify emerging risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance departments to ensure integrated risk management.
- Prepare regular risk reports for senior management, including insights into market and portfolio trends.
- Stay updated on economic and regulatory changes impacting credit risk in the plastics sector.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in credit risk management, preferably within the plastics or manufacturing industry.




- Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit assessment, and risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with working capital cycles and financial statements in an industrial environment.
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of risk management software is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English (required if position involves international clients or reporting).
