Lead a high-performance partner delivery team responsible for configuring and implementing Jeppesen’s mission-critical Crew and Operations Management systems. The role ensures complex airline business rules are translated into robust, scalable, and compliant technical solutions, aligned with Jeppesen’s global delivery standards.

- 5+ years of professional experience developing solutions with Python
- Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written), able to communicate clearly with general stakeholders
- Strong experience translating business rules into technical logic
- Proven ability to lead or mentor technical teams in complex delivery environments

Valuable / Preferred Experience

- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Airline industry experience, specifically in Crew Management and/or Operations Planning
- Hands-on experience with RAVE or similar rule-based / optimization languages
- Experience working directly with clients and end users
- Codebase management using Git, GitLab, GitHub, or equivalent tools
- Development and administration in Linux environments
- Strong understanding of software testing practices
- Exposure to functional programming concepts
