Job Description

- Create innovative solutions and moderate analysis and troubleshooting for process failures.
- Monitor and verify process capacity studies (Cpk's), coordinate measurement system analysis (MSA's), and prepare R & R studies.
- Coordinate and document containment actions for customer claims, support quality claims by external providers.
- Ensure compliance with first and second level 14Q audits, coordinate audits from shipment to finished product, support Line Walks.

Qualifications

- Results-oriented, innovative,



and eager to be challenged.
- 3-5 years' experience as a Process Engineer.
- Experience with core tools, SAP, TPM, Lean Manufacturing.
- Passionate about factory automation and leading change.
- English required; German is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree.
