We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with 8+ years of experience to join our team. The adecuado candidate will have expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, and Python. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Oversee the application of natural language processing techniques to extract insights from unstructured data.
- Provide expertise in deep learning methodologies to enhance predictive analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
- Design and implement data pipelines to support machine learning workflows.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of models.
- Develop and maintain Python code for data manipulation, model training, and evaluation.
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices in data science.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, and deep learning to continuously improve our solutions.




- Work closely with the IT team to ensure the scalability and performance of data science solutions.
- Contribute to the development of data science strategies and roadmaps to align with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all data science activities.
