This is a full-time position.The adecuado candidate will bring a strong background in cable and harness inspection, excellent attention to detail, and a dedication to delivering high-quality work.

etc.)Check documentation packages to industry standards and classify defectsInterpret manufacturing drawings and identifying non-conformancesPeriodically verify accuracy and ensure productivity to meet production schedulesMaintain equipment and keep the work area organizedRequired QualificationsKnowledge of cable and harness assembly methodsFamiliar with IPC-A-620 standardsMinimum 3 years of experience as a Cable and Harness Inspector/Assembler in electronic manufacturing or related fieldsAbility to read schematics, assembly drawings, and identify wiring componentsProficient in documenting Certificates of Conformance (COC)Strong organizational, communication, and software adaptation skillsProven ability to de-escalate workplace conflicts effectivelyBilingual English and Spanish must be able to read and writeMust be able to work in a fast-paced work environmentPreferred QualificationsCertified or previously certified in IPC-A-620 is a plus but not requiredDiploma or GED from an accredited high school or technical school; college degree in engineeringKnowledge of electronic contract manufacturing and LEAN manufacturingPreferred: 5 years of experience, with 2 years as a Cable and Harness Inspector$28 - $32 an hourNoteSQA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
