We are currently seeking a Field Services Technician to join our team in COYOACAN, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the on-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
- Perform on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.
- Serve as company liaison with client on administrative and technical matters. Interpret clients’ needs and clarify if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, client support representatives or engineers.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.




- Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
- Solid client service skills.
- A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
- Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
