About the Role
Are you energetic, outgoing, and driven by sales? Join our team as a Bilingual Sales & Event Booking Agent, where you’ll help families, schools, and organizations plan unforgettable events while driving revenue through bookings and memberships.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers interested in booking parties, group events, and experiences
- Sell event packages, group outings, and corporate events
- Promote and close recurring membership plans
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings
- Build relationships with families, schools, and community organizations
- Present packages, address objections, and recommending the best event options
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in CRM systems
- Support local marketing efforts through outreach and partnerships

Qualifications




- Bilingual required: English & Spanish
- Previous sales, call center, or appointment-setting experience preferred
- Strong closing skills and confidence in overcoming objections
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads efficiently
