CSP is expanding — and we're looking for a relentless, strategic, and resourceful Market Development & Permits Manager to help us unlock new territory.This is not an administrative role.This is a growth role.You will be responsible for identifying new expansion markets, aggressively sourcing high-quality facilities (schools, sports complexes, gyms, community centres, etc.), and securing & managing the permits that allow CSP to run sports sessions in those spaces.If you love hunting for opportunities, negotiating access, and turning blank maps into active territories — this role is for you.What You'll Be Responsible ForMarket Research & Expansion StrategyIdentify high-opportunity neighborhoods and municipalities for CSP expansionAnalyze demographics, competition, demand,



and facility availabilityBuild expansion shortlists and rollout plansPresent findings with clear ROI potentialFacility Sourcing & Relationship BuildingAggressively prospect schools, sports venues, gyms, and community centresContact decision-makers and pitch CSP partnership opportunitiesConduct site visits to assess suitabilityBuild strong long-term relationships with facility operatorsPermit Acquisition & ManagementSecure rental agreements and permitsNegotiate rates, terms, and scheduling priorityEnsure compliance with municipal and institutional requirementsMaintain a master calendar of permits and renewal deadlinesTroubleshoot issues proactivelyBenefitsCompensation: $1,500 USD per month.
