- Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience with Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Gemba Walks and Standard Work.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and structured problem-solving techniques.
- Project Management experience. Experience analyzing KPIs and manufacturing performance metrics.
- Knowledge of cost reduction and productivity improvement strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- SAP knowledge is desirable.
- Power BI knowledge is desirable.
- Ability to travel when required.
