Job Title Field Service Engineer

Support the commercial activities of SIAD Mexico and the Global Service Division of SIAD Macchine Impianti throughout the phases of offer preparation, order management, and interaction with customers, contributing to the development of the aftermarket business.

Carry out commercial back‑office activities, ensuring accurate system updates, proper document management, information gathering, and operational support to the General Manager and to sales activities overall.

Conduct visits to selected customers, either independently or in collaboration with other team members, with the aim of progressively developing specific commercial and technical skills and strengthening the company’s relationship with the market.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in Economics or Engineering.

Professional Experiences

Technical & Specialist Skills

- Technical sales in the compressor spare parts sector (preferably reciprocating compressors): sales process, funnel, and forecasting principles.
- Knowledge of the market for industrial and process compression products.
- Knowledge of the advantages and features of all SIAD Integral Service product ranges.
- Knowledge of electromechanics and compressor and plant control systems.
- Basic administrative and financial knowledge in compliance with local regulations.
