Position Overview

As an Epic Systems / Healthcare Business Analyst – Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their business needs and translate them into actionable solutions within our Tax practice. You will be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency, leveraging your skills in business analysis to deliver impactful results. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, guide and mentor others, navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow your personal brand.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to support healthcare clients using Epic Systems
- Develop and manage business requirements and functional specifications for healthcare projects
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and refine business needs and translate them into actionable insights
- Utilize analytical thinking to perform competitive analysis and feasibility studies for healthcare solutions
- Lead process improvement initiatives by conducting process mapping and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance product lifecycle management and product roadmaps
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and performance
- Create technical documentation to support business systems and processes
- Apply business process modeling and re‑engineering techniques to optimize healthcare workflowsMonitor market trends to inform strategic business decisions and product enhancements

What You Must Have

- At least a bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Knowledge in the healthcare domain
- Understanding of SQL concepts and data governance
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Agile delivery experience
