- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure the achievement of business financial targets.
- Act as a strategic partner to commercial areas and growth initiatives, providing financial insights to support key decision-making.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to optimize the value chain, assess profitability of product launches, marketing investment, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure cost control and profitability goals are met, while monitoring SG&A; spending.
- Identify financial risks and lead corrective action planning in a timely manner.
- Advise on operational improvements and process efficiency initiatives.
- Oversee capital expenditure planning and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop the Finance team,



fostering internal talent, high performance, and professional growth.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with strategic partners, including participation in board meetings.

Perfil buscado

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced conversational English is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, with significant exposure to leadership roles.
- Previous experience in general organizations, ideally within the consumer goods or manufacturing sectors.
- We are looking for a finance professional with strong business acumen, someone who can go beyond numbers, influence strategic decisions, and take full ownership of key financial indicators such as the P&L; and balance sheet.
