We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced **Manufacturing Coordinator** to oversee day-to-day operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure optimal performance in our steel coil processing facility.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and supervise daily operations related to steel coil cutting and processing, ensuring safety, efficiency, and product quality.
- Improve and make more efficient slitter lines, multi-blanking operations, and steel cutting using laser, plasma, and oxy-fuel technologies.
- Ensure compliance with IATF ***** quality standards and customer specifications.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and waste reduction.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
- Manage personnel, schedules, and training plans to ensure performance and adherence to operational procedures.
- Interpret and verify technical documentation such as blueprints, diagrams, and product specifications.
- Utilize ERP systems for production planning, tracking, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with quality, engineering, and logistics departments to ensure seamless workflow and on-time delivery.
- Support layout analysis and process planning through SolidWorks and AutoCAD tools.
**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor's degree** completed in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (required).




- **Proven experience** in the **steel industry**, particularly in steel coil processing and metal transformation.
- Hands-on knowledge of **slitting, multi-blanking, laser cutting, oxy-fuel, and plasma cutting** processes.
- Solid understanding of **IATF ******* and quality assurance systems.
- Strong skills in **Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement**, and **process efficiency**.
- Proficient in **ERP systems**, **data analysis**, and **production reporting**.
- Ability to read and interpret **technical drawings and diagrams**.
- Proficient in **SolidWorks and AutoCAD**.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- **Fluent English** (spoken and written).
- **Valid U.S. visa and passport required**.
