Healthcare assistant/support worker
CVBHealthcare is looking for a passionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant/Support worker to join our team on a full-time/part time basis at our locations in and around Bath, Bristol and 30 miles radius of this location.
As a Healthcare Assistant/Support worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients with their daily activities, providing emotional support, and ensuring their well-being.
You will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to those in need.
**Healthcare assistant/support worker Key responsibilities**:
Assisting patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Supporting patients with mobility issues and helping them move around safely
Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
Providing emotional support and companionship to patients




Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, if necessary
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
**Healthcare assistant/support worker Requirements**:
Minimum 1year previous experience in a healthcare setting is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic nature
Ability to work well in a team environment
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Basic understanding of medical terminology is a plus
