Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Quality Supervisor_ located in Juarez, Campus._
- Reporting to the Quality Manager, Quality Supervisor role involves to supervising and coordinating activities related to the Quality Assurance Inspection function, on the manufacturing floor.
Quarantine and disposition of nonconforming goods, while ensuring the policies and processes are followed._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Assigns employees to maximize quality control goals._
- _ Ensures that directed shift staffing levels are maintained._
- _ Hires guiders and inspectors for shift_
- _ Interfaces with HR and finance for employee issues_
- _ Researches data and puts corrective actions into place._
- _ Reviews quality reports._
- _ Performs process and sub factory audits._
- _ Ensures procedures are followed and may develop procedures for the quality assurance inspection operation._
- _ Provides immediate supervision and guidance to inspectors, checking work at frequent intervals._




- _ Frequently interacts with outside customers, vendors and functional peer groups at various management levels and serves as a liaison between customer and the division regarding quality issues._
- _ Directs daily shift activities._
- _ Confers with management and production to define and hold up quality goals._
- _ Trains shift guidance to inspectors in quality processes._
- _ Holds up engineering and other functionalities in correcting employee errors._
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ Strong operations knowledge on PCBA's._
- _ Previous experience working as quality supervisor._
- _ BA/BS degree._
- _ Previous experience implementing Quality Management System ISO ****._
- _ Corrective actions._
- _ Assembly processes knowledge._
- _ Basic
- intermediate English level._
- _ Intermediate excel._
- _ Experience on IPC 610_
- _ Experience in quick solving process and line stoppages._
