**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- Experience with Human Resources, Stakeholder Management, Human Resources Program Management.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in implementing HR projects, risk management/mitigation and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent change management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:
- Work with the teams to ensure delivery for the HR processes in the country.
Contribute to the deployment of priority country focused HR programs and initiatives, aligned to the country's People plan.
- Solve for compliance matters and review local policies in the context of the market.
- Work with the HR Compliance team, Process Ownership team, User Support team and the relevant Corporate Operations Engineer (COE) teams on prioritizing and mitigating market risks.
- Provide local context and advice on HR related matters.
- Support local labor relations management, including engaging with councils/work councils.
Drive recommendations and prioritization to ensure work is in service at the end of the delivery.
