Provide technical support: Respond to user inquiries and incidents related to computer systems, hardware,

software, and networking.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Troubleshoot hardware and software problems: Identify and resolve hardware failures, software glitches, and

network connectivity issues.

Replace or repair faulty components as necessary.

Install and upgrade systems: Set up new computer systems, install operating systems, software applications and updates.

Perform regular maintenance tasks and ensure all systems are up to date with the latest patches.

User account management: Create, modify, and disable user accounts and access permissions based on

organizational policies.

Ensure data security by managing user authentication and access controls.

Perform system backups and data recovery: Regularly back up critical data and implement disaster recovery strategies to minimize data loss.

Restore data as needed and ensure backup systems are functional.

Maintain local infrastructure: Monitor and maintain local servers,



network equipment, and peripheral devices.

Collaborate with the IT team to address infrastructure-related issues and ensure optimal performance.

Documentation and reporting: Document IT procedures, system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

Prepare reports on system performance, incident trends, and user support activities.

Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics or related fields 2-3 years of experience as IT Support (Software and hardware).

Knowledge of using, installing and troubleshooting PC, Server, Network

Including Firewall, VM-ware, Cisco, Windows Server, Terminal Services, MO365, cloud services.

Process good skills in providing Technical Support to end user, problem solving, quick to react.

Familiar with administration of large and complex enterprise environments.

Strong service minded and good understanding of customer requirements.
