**What you'll be doing**:
- Partner with our Talent Acquisition Specialist to understand technical hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and assess technical competencies and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical assessments, interviews, and feedback sessions.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.).
- Stay current with trends in tech recruiting and emerging talent acquisition strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Desire experience recruiting for software/technical roles.




- Strong understanding of software development roles, languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript), frameworks, and industry trends.
- Desired experience recruiting in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
- Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques and technical assessment tools.
- Technical background or prior experience in a software-related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player who promotes a culture of collaboration, transparency, and respect.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen passion for detail.

Pay: $20,****** - $25,****** per month
