C.H. Robinson is looking for an Intern in Monterrey to support key operational processes that drive efficiency and deliver value to our customers. In this role, you will contribute directly to the organization by assisting teams in maintaining service excellence and strengthening day-to-day logistics execution.

You will support core business activities by coordinating data, assisting with reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

This internship is designed to help you build foundational industry knowledge while adding measurable value through accuracy, organization, and proactive problem-solving.

You will engage with peers on-site four days a week, igniting creativity and driving impactful results. With the flexibility for remote work one day a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.

Responsibilities
- Work alongside industry professionals to learn internal business processes and supply chain best practices.
- Build strong relationships internally across teams and externally with customers, carriers,



and suppliers.
- Learn and effectively use best-in-class technology systems, including our proprietary general supply chain platform, Navisphere®.
- Learn and apply skills across multiple areas of the transportation and logistics industry, including but not limited to sales and negotiation, operations management, and transportation information systems.
